What is a special shaped spring (formed part)?

Special shaped springs or formed parts are made by bending wire or leaf materials using the forming machine.

Being a dedicated spring manufacturing company, we can also provide components with complicated shapes using spring materials.
Springs or formed parts are typically made of piano (steel) wires or stainless wires, but they can also be made of special materials such as oil tempered steel wire, plated wire, phosphor bronze wire, and inconel alloy wire.

In case of prototypes and small-lot components, we produce them using simple molds and foot-operated press machine. Therefore, we can offer them at a reasonable cost.
